We have had a spate of damaged alarms recently mostly licensed Premises ( Pubs and Clubs etc) where the alarm system would not set because it’s been damaged during opening times by would be thieves, who return knowing the alarm system is not set
My Tip: If the alarm system won’t set, call the alarm company immediately , get an idea of how long they will take “ never stay on your own” ask a colleague or friend to wait with you
If you have a Radium alarm
If the alarm does not set you have a choice
- Call out our engineer and wait a maximum of an hour (The Competition you could be waiting up to four hours)
- We can dial in to your alarm system and with your permission isolate the damaged section leaving the rest of your alarm system fully operational. (The Competition it’s a very good chance this service won’t be available)
